The most crucial elements of the Nosiboo products are the patented Colibri and Penguin heads. The liquid cannot exit from the inside of the head, safely preventing the nasal mucus from getting into the connecting tube or into the device. That means you won’t have to purchase extra replaceable filters for the daily use of these devices. After use, the patented Colibri/Penguin head is the only part of the device that needs to be cleaned and it can be done within a minute. The Colibri head can be powered in two different ways: as a part of the electric Nosiboo Pro, and also with the manual Nosiboo Eco. The Penguin head can only be used as a part of the Nosiboo Go.

Newborn’s nose tip: 0-6 months

Standard nose tip: 6 months and older

The use of the electric devices (Nosiboo Pro and Nosiboo Go) is recommended till the age of 6 while the use of the Nosiboo Eco till the age of 4, but it may be used with older children depending on the thickness of the secretion or the child’s ability to blow his nose on his own.

You may use the products as often as needed although you should stop using the devices if no mucus is entering the Colibri/Penguin head anymore.
Please consult your healthcare provider about when and how often you should clear your baby’s nose. For more information please see the user manuals.

We exclusively use materials that are absolutely harmless to humans. The Colibri and the Penguin head’s nose tip is made of soft, BPA-free material to make sure that it does not irritate the baby’s nose.

Yes, we recommend the use of Nosiboo products to relieve allergy-like symptoms.

There is no need for a filter! Thanks to the Colibri head’s exclusive patented design, the liquid cannot exit from the inside of the head, safely preventing the nasal mucus from getting into the connecting tube or into the mouth of the person performing the suction.

The nose tip of the Nosiboo products is made of soft, BPA-free material to make sure that it does not irritate the baby’s nose. The suction power of the electric devices was also developed in such a way as to prevent any injury. The suction power of the Nosiboo Pro Nasal Aspirator can be adjusted to fit the age of the child and the thickness of the mucus.
The suction power of the Nosiboo Go Nasal Aspirator is constant.
The Nosiboo Eco Nasal Aspirator is powered by your own lung, so you can decide how strong you wish or can perform suctioning.

Nosiboo Pro: In case of overuse or if insufficient ventilation is provided, the thermal switch switches off the device and will prevent reuse for approx. 50 minutes for safety reasons.

Nosiboo Go: The device turns itself off automatically after 10 minutes of continuous use, but it can be restarted depending on the charge level of the battery.

Nosiboo Pro: Cleaning of the Colibri head: Remove the connecting tube and the nose tip, then take apart the Colibri housing. After that wash the collared tube, the nose tip, and the Colibri housing in
lukewarm water and dishwashing detergent and let them dry.
Nosiboo Go: Cleaning of the Penguin head: Remove the Penguin head from the device housing, remove the nose tip, then open the Penguin housing. Wash the nose tip, and the Penguin housing in lukewarm water and dishwashing detergent and let them dry.
Nosiboo Eco: Cleaning of the Colibri head: Remove the connecting tube and the nose tip, then take apart the Colibri housing. After that wash the collared tube, the nose tip, and the Colibri housing in
lukewarm water and dishwashing detergent and let them dry.
The housing of the devices should be cleaned only with a dry, soft cloth; do not use any liquids, detergents or chemicals.
It is not allowed to use boiling water, microwave oven, vaporizer, or baby bottle sterilizer for cleaning the spare parts, because they might deform by heat!

You can perform an effective suction power with the manual nasal aspirator, yet it’s sure you stay within the limit value for health.

We created the Nosiboo Pro Accessory Set and the Nosiboo Go Accessory Set for such cases. These accessory sets are designed to be used exclusively with the Nosiboo Pro Electric Nasal Aspirator and the Nosiboo Go Portable Nasal Aspirator. They are ideal for families with more children and are optimal if you have to replace a lost part. The Nosiboo Pro Accessory Set includes: 1 Colibri head, 2 nose tips,1 connecting tube,1 air mesh.
The Nosiboo Go Accessory Set includes: 1 Penguin head, 2 nose tips, 1 air mesh, 1 brush.

The warranty for each electric Nosiboo nasal aspirator is valid for 24 months after the purchase date. It will be only validated if the device was used according to its intended purpose and does not bear signs of damage.

The serial number is located at the bottom of the device with the format PRO / NO / GOXXXXXXXXXX.

If the problem has been resolved, you can keep on using your Nosiboo.
If the malfunction is present while the device was used according to its intended purpose the device is covered by the warranty.
If the warranty is not valid anymore, or if the device wasn’t used according to its intended purpose, our service station will perform an inspection on the defective Nosiboo and inform you about the repair cost.

If you bought your device at one of our distributors, you can contact them. They will act according to their general terms and conditions.
Naturally, you may also contact us and send your device to our service station at your expense. If the device was used as intended, we will send the repaired device back to you at our expense. You must present a copy of your receipt/invoice as proof of the date of sale.
If the inspection confirms that the device wasn’t used as intended, we will contact you and inform you of the repair and delivery costs.

From the time the device is sent to the service centre until the day it is delivered to the customer the service process takes 1-4 weeks.

Yes there is! We offer a 2 years warranty if the device was used as intended. The warranty does not apply to consumable spare parts. (Spare parts like these include eg. Colibri/ Penguin head, nose tip, air mesh and the Nosiboo Pro’s tube connector and connecting tube.) You can also find information about this on the service sheet that came with your device.
